Intro to Modern Pointed Pen Calligraphy

In this three hour workshop, Samantha Testa will give you access to beginner pointed pen supplies, show you how to use all of them, and guide you through basic drills and practice sheets. Samantha is a full time calligrapher and watercolor artist and has traveled the country teaching 1500+ people how to start hand lettering and/or pointed pen calligraphy.

One on one guidance will help you with drills, the pen strokes, letterforms, flourishing, and stylizing your writing. You will use these skills to create your own postcard set (because snail mail is making a comeback).

You will walk home with a personalized workbook containing several alphabet styles, nibs, an oblique nib holder, ink, notepad, and a handmade greeting card set, which will set you up for calligraphy success!

No experience necessary and all skill levels welcome. Keep in mind we will be getting basic supplies and guidance for the very beginner calligrapher! Actual quote from participant: "I think this is more relaxing than your Hand Lettering Class!"

Can't wait to see you, Denver!

Almost 30 In Denver With Natalie Miles

We have felt your power in the community for a while now and are so excited to meet you IRL! Joining Almost 30 will be one of the sweetest intuitives in the game--Natalie Miles!

Born and raised in the U.K., Natalie Miles is a Spiritual Mentor & Psychic Medium. However, Natalie is not the typical psychic medium. It is her life’s mission and soul calling to inspire people across the globe to connect with their own intuition, so they can feel more connected and help themselves, each and every day. She believes that everyone is born intuitive, but most people have forgotten how to use their natural gifts. Natalie has been guided by Spirit to be “the door opener” and reactivate people with their intuition so they can live their most authentic life.

On May 30th join us to collectively experience an "Intuition Reactivation". This reactivation will open the gateway to your intuitive abilities and release the fear/blocks so you can trust your own inner guidance. We are all intuitive. Intuition is a universal gift. We’re born with it. We've just forgotten how to use and connect to our natural born gifts.

What to expect:

4th Wednesday Entrepreneurship Meetup - Project Rise

Welcome to Project Rise!

Project Rise is designed for entrepreneurs of ALL kinds that are looking to connect more with other entrepreneurs.

Let's face it... entrepreneurship can be amazing! Especially when things are going well. And it can be extremely challenging and isolating at times.

We do not believe that we are meant to do life or business alone and we would like to begin to shift the culture of entrepreneurship so that no one gives up on their dreams when the going gets tough. The more that we can come together inside and outside of our businesses to grow, learn, and connect - the more fun and successful our endeavors become!

If you're desiring more authentic connection with other like-minded entrepreneurs in the Denver area, come stop by on the 4th Wednesday of every month at Green Spaces in RiNo at 5pm!

It will be casual and we will have a different topic picked out for each month.

Join their Facebook group HERE. RSVP for their February Meetup HERE.
