An interactive workshop to help you launch your crowdfunding campaign on Neighborhood Catalyst.
Have you been thinking about launching a crowdfunding project? Excited about using our very own local platform, Neighborhood Catalyst, but needing support and assistance? Now is the time! Since October, the platform has helped three amazing local projects raise over $13,000!
Join us on March 25th for a "Post Your Project Party," where you'll get your crowdfunding project set up with support from Mile High Business Alliance and local crowdfunding expert, Mario Lurig. In addition, all projects who launch their campaign by the end of March will recieve a member rate of only 6%!
We'll meet at Denver Green Spaces starting at 5:00 pm. Refreshments and pizza will be provided (we appreciate you bringing a small cash donation toward food).
Get tips on a successful campaign by Mario Lurig! Mario has been a Kickstarter project backer since November of 2009 and successfully completed his first project in December of 2011, raising 1700% of his original goal totaling over $16,000. Mario combines his personal experience as both a backer and project creator with research in behavioral economics, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to put together an invaluable resource for future project creators. Mario wrote "Unlocking Kickstarter Secrets: Crowdfunding Tips & Tricks" to help individuals get their focus in the right direction.
