Denver’s world class art scene isn’t confined to museum walls. Some of the most memorable works can be found in unexpected places. Join Rachel Hultin for this popular City Safari as we explore RiNo for unsanctioned works of art and learn more about the artists, their process and how the city supports community art. Bring your artist’s heart & camera to capture the city soul and be prepared for surprises: this walk is never the same experience twice! Participants will be treated to a locally crafted libation!
When: Sunday, July 20th | 2:00 to 4:30 pm
Where: RiNo, LoDo, Downtown, Curtis Park | We will begin in RiNo [north of downtown] at a meeting place emailed to you with your registration confirmation.
Distance & Pace: Roughly 4 Miles of walking at an exploratory pace
Cost: $20/ adult (includes pint of beer), $17/ youth age 12+ (does not include a beer) through July 19th; no event day registration | Limited to 14 registered participants.
Other: No dogs on this one, wear sturdy shoes as we’ll be walking through alleys with very uneven surfaces, wear layers as the pace will not raise your heart rate enough to warm you.
Refunds: Guerrilla Art walks typically sell out so the refund policy is strictly enforced. Registration fees will be refunded or credited towards another Guerrilla Art walk if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event are at the discretion of the trip leader(s).
