Reintroducing Green Spaces
Green Spaces is more than a co-working space. This co-working hub is expanding its original vision to something bigger & better.

It's time for a re-introduction.
Green Spaces is more than a co-working space. Located in RiNo, this co-working hub is expanding its original vision to something bigger & better. As we count down the days to summer, Green Spaces is renovating its 12,500 sq ft space and plans to bridge co-working with local sustainable retail businesses, an in-house cafe, an abundance of creative resources, & even more beautiful greenery featuring a collaboration with Denver Botanic Gardens.
Green Spaces is home to creative innovation. Creating a community where sustainability & culture meet technology & business to shape one of the most diverse and dynamic urban hubs in the country.
Displacement
Denver is a unique phase, and we can all feel the shift of culture, new developments, & areas surrounding Downtown are being heavily gentrified. As a result local Artists & Small businesses are being displaced.
Sustainability
This presents a unique opportunity for us to create a new business model that sustains locally bred talent, keeps money circulating in the community, and adds value to those who are threatened by displacement in 5 Points/RiNo.
Accessibility
Our new model gives small businesses, non-profits, and local artists an opportunity to have affordable retail and studio space in a prominent district where they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford to be.
Green Spaces Key Goals
Create Sustainable Business Ecosystem
- Developing more equitable and green business models within our space
- Providing access to educational opportunities
- Approach communities & impact the world around them
- Circulate money within our community
Provide resources for the underrepresented
By establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations, we will provide tools and resources for underserved and underrepresented individuals and businesses. Through enhancing the access to resources we empower them towards a more impactful journey and communities towards a more sustainable future.
Redefining Sustainability
Sustainability goes far beyond, maintaining Earth's resources. Our new business model will put the retention of local talent and the creation of community ecosystems at the forefront of our objectives, knowing that these pillars are the core of any progressive city and will enhance Denver's overall economy.
Extend impact beyond our building
Forming new social contracts between businesses and their communities by supporting individuals and companies that are innovating pathways for sustainable impact. Our goal is to also be an example of how small businesses can bridge the gaps between large corps, government resources, and local community needs.
Green Spaces Vision
As we dive into the renovations taking place, the vision behind the marketplace is to provide affordable retail space for local, minority owned, and eco/community driven businesses. We will also be providing affordable studio space for local artists and digital creatives. Beyond Retail and studio space, the marketplace will be utilized for various event and workshop programming run with our strategic collaborators and partners. Our Marketplace/Retail equipment will be mobile, enabling the space to also accommodate private or corporate events, conferences, art exhibits, and much more!
